• Account information — name, email, phone number and (optionally) WhatsApp number, avatar.
• Listing information — vehicle details, photos and the contact details you choose to publish.
• Enquiries — the name, email, phone number and message you submit when contacting a seller.
• Usage data — pages viewed, listings favourited, saved searches, approximate device and browser information.

2. How we use it

• To operate the marketplace, display listings and route enquiries to the correct seller.
• To keep the service safe: fraud prevention, rate limiting, moderation and account security.
• To send transactional email (account verification, password reset, enquiry receipts).
• To send optional saved-search alerts, if you opt in.

3. Who we share it with

Your published listing (including the contact details you choose to publish) is visible to signed-in users of the marketplace. Enquiries you send are shared with the seller of the vehicle. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) that process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Contact detail protection

Phone numbers and WhatsApp numbers on listings are only shown to signed-in users, one listing at a time. Scraping, bulk downloads or automated harvesting is a violation of our Terms.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Enquiries and reports are retained for up to 24 months for safety and dispute-resolution purposes. Deleted listings are removed within 30 days from live systems.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account data at any time from your account settings. To request a full export or account deletion, contact us at the address below.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and preferences (e.g. your favourites and compare list). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Security

All connections are encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. Despite reasonable safeguards, no online service can be perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18.
